Ordering

What is the minimum tea order?

The minimum purchase quantity for tea is 250 grams, including for private customers. Any genuine exceptions, such as sample sets or individually packaged tea, will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We sell and deliver to EU countries. A destination can only be selected at checkout when a valid shipping option is available.

How quickly is my order processed?

Products in stock are normally dispatched within 48 hours after payment is received. Weekends and public holidays may affect processing times.

What happens if an item is unavailable?

We will contact you as soon as possible and provide a new expected dispatch or delivery date. If that timing is unsuitable, please contact us so we can discuss an appropriate solution.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and shipment weight and are based on the applicable PostNL rates. The available rate is shown during checkout before payment.

Returns and problems

Can I return an order?

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Conditions and exceptions, including the careful treatment of sealed food products, are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.

What if my order is wrong, damaged, defective, or otherwise non-conforming?

Email info@teacreator.nl promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where useful. Do not return the item before receiving instructions. Tea Creator covers reasonable return costs when the product is wrong, damaged, defective, or otherwise non-conforming.

How should I store tea?

As general guidance, keep tea tightly closed in a cool, dry, dark place and away from strong odours and moisture. Follow any product-specific storage information on the packaging or product page.

How should I prepare the tea?

Preparation differs by tea. Use fresh water and refer to the relevant product page for product-specific quantities, water temperature, and steeping times. If no instructions are shown, contact us before preparing the tea.
